Leadastray designs are created by Ron Davis, who has a natural ability to create beautiful, unique, ornamental and functional works of art from lead.  He recycles old lead including scrap roofing material/chimney flashings, lead piping, fishing weights, bullets and battery terminals.  Ron then transforms them into traditional and contemporary pieces that integrate in and outside the home and garden.  All the designs are exclusive to Ron Davis and handcrafted to ensure complete individuality … no two pieces are the same.

Whilst still an emerging artist, Ron has numerous accolades to his name and has created wonderful artworks for both the prestigious London’s Chelsea Flower Show (UK) and Melbourne International Flower Show alike.  Having achieved a Certificate of Commendation at Chelsea, he emigrated to Australia to win Honourable Mention at his very first Australian exhibition, then the Dalchem Pty Ltd Prize at his second.  He is going from strength to strength and is extremely passionate about his art and this controversial medium.  Ron creates works for commission pieces as well as anything from his Gallery.
